There are some great secrets in the Gita. One of them is the descent of the Divine in matter. This is a unique secret. It is called the sacrifice of the Divine.

Every time the divine incarnations come down to earth as avatars, they bring out a massive change in the earth consciousness both physically and subtly. Sri Ram came as the divine incarnation when the world and society was governed by evil powers.

God takes human birth again and again upon this earth, because there is a work to do and a road to be opened towards the future.

The Divine does not want Nirvana but He wants Divine Perfection and Transformation on earth. Sri Aurobindo says that the greatest secret given in the Gita is Love, which has the power of Transformation.

Outer society can be true and beautiful only when truth and beauty is established within the individuals of a certain section of humanity. The finding of the Divine Self in man should be the whole first aim of all its activities.
