The discovery of psychic being is an important milestone in the path of integral yoga. Our ordinary life is governed by mind, body and vital beings trying to satisfy their urges through our senses. These agents do not allow our true being (psychic) to come to the front and control the life.

An intellectual curiosity is not enough to open the doors of true knowledge for us. We need a living quest, a thirst and seeking for Truth and Light.

Life is a mystery and a challenge at the same time. There is life in everything in this creation.

We need to redefine ourselves because what we are now is the result of many conditionings done by others. One has to understand that the real individuality has to be explored by oneself only.

Surrender to the Divine Mother is central in the Integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo. The easiest way is to form the relation of mother and child.

Yoga brings out new and unknown experiences in life. It is a vast field. But sadhana does not need any special time. We can offer each activity and accept the given situation as the part of sadhana.

To discover truth we must either go deep within ourselves or high beyond the last summits of mind and thought. To ascend to That, each one faces the challenges according to one’s nature and strength.
