Difficulties of Nature and the Triple Labour (TH 129)

In the evolution of life, man stands with a mixture of qualities in his nature. Some parts are developed, open towards light and knowledge but some parts also like to stay in dark. This does not give much trouble when man is in ordinary consciousness. When man tries to be conscious and do sadhana, then these hidden parts resist and revolt and the ego and ignorance stands on the way. However by the triple labour of aspiration, rejection and surrender slowly all this burden is taken away and we emerge into the Light and Peace of the Divine.
