What it Means to be Practicing Integral Yoga (talk by Dr Sampadananda Mishra)

Dr Sampadananda Mishra shares his thoughts and experiences on practice of the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. In a very simple and clear language, Dr Mishra addresses a small group of devotees and offers a personal prospective on everyday life challenges and how they can be approached in the spirit of Purna Yoga.

Dr Mishra is a Pondicherry-based Sanskrit scholar, originally from Odisha, and now serves as the director of Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Indian Culture, which is a unit of Sri Aurobindo Society. In 2012 he was awarded the Maharshi Badrayan Vyas Award by the President of India.
