Sweet Mother, Mother Divine, how much time is wasted in all these scholastic discussions and academic research, these debates and discussions, when a drop of Your Love, a single Ray of Thy Light can reveal in a moment what volumes of library cannot. Perhaps all this is needed at a stage to churn the dull inert mind into thinking. If the mental substance is ready it may lead sometimes to mental wideness and suppleness. This in itself can prepare the mind so that when Knowledge awakens or is received, the mind is ready to express it. But how vain and foolish it would be to believe that reading books alone or discussing the concepts can be knowledge. For true Knowledge is like concentrated Light within us. It leaps if the door is open. Then later it assumes words and figures of speech. But its birthplace is in the silent sanctuary of the Soul where it comes from its high Origin beyond the Mind.
