Sweet Mother,
many are the stealth doors through which the forces of division enter us. Our body emerging from the Inconscient through a long laborious evolution still has openings where the forces of darkness levy the tax of Night. Many are the doors through which the fires of hell assail and leave a stain of illness and the stench of sin. Many are the enemies of the soul, – fear, lust, greed, egoism, vanity, anger, jealousy and the rest, that oppose the shining passage of the soul. And yet one moment of true love for Thee, a little call, an intense aspiration can dispel them as the sun scatters all darkness and the rain washes the earth releasing its concealed fragrance, as the winds drive away the clouds.

May Thy Grace-Light flood our being and purify it of all dust. May Thy Love fill every abyss and gap through which the demons of the subconscient peep into the rooms of mind and body and life trying to pollute it with their breath. May all be cleansed and purified and made ready for Thy Permanent Presence, not only within for that is confirmed fact, but in each and every part turning each cell into Thy rapturous abode.

Let darkness yield to Thy living Light and be chased completely from the breast of the Earth.

Let the forts of fear and gloom where falsehood dwells be demolished entirely and in its place grow the castle of Truth.

Let all suffering cease in Thy Delight and Death be vanquished by Life growing steadily with firm steps towards Thee.

Let Thy Divine Love govern the world.

Jai Jai Maa Jai Jai Maa

Maa,
may all weakness and infirmity disappear. May we grow strong by Thy Strength, mighty in resolve, free from all indolence, inertia and negligence in Thy service. Maa let the fires of Thy Love and the sweet intensities of Thy Light purify us to the last atom of existence so that all in us become Thy fiery rapturous abode. May each cell dance with joy to Thy tune, each nerve and fibre respond to Thy call. May our mind and thoughts be so completely identified with Thee so as to be constantly suffused with Thy Light and our hearts drenched in Thy Love be stilled by the abundance of Thy Love, receiving and lavishing it upon all Thy creatures, discovering Thy Unity and sweet Harmony everywhere and in all. May our life be a perpetual miracle of Thy Grace touching and sanctifying every action, purifying it of the mud and dross of desires and egoism and self will and ignorance. May we become a radiant lamp of Thy Light and Love and may our earthly existence bring something of Thy Peace and Glory and Hope amidst all, filling each loneliness with Thy felicity.

Make us Thy worthy children Maa, full of Thee, full of Thy Peace and Light and Love.

Mother Divine,
Root out from us all petty egoism and selfishness that are spread out in the very stuff of our life like slippery grains hoping us to stumble or to mix in the pure wine of Thy Divine Bliss drops of bitter poison. But what defects or difficulties can stay before the inrush of Thy all-transfiguring Love that washes away all impurities and even the most sticky stains of the past. Indeed Thy Grace cleanses us so completely that not only the tendencies that forge the iron chain of karma are gone but even the consequences of the past are dissolved as if by a magic solvent. The difficulties that assail us for decades (or perhaps lives) are broken in a moment by the action of Thy Grace making one wonder how illusory is our feeling of incapacity. This illusion arises because of our sense of separateness, and it is needed if we regard ourselves as separate from Thee. For there cannot be anything limitless for one who is ‘separate’. But for one whom Thou hast adopted and has tied to Thee forever there can be no limit to what is possible. For one carried by Thee, life becomes a beautiful song of the soul, the long and difficult journey turns into a perpetual delight, the stones on the way become steps of the ascension and the thorns turn as if magically into flowers yielding their secret truth.

O Mother Divine, Thy Grace is indeed infinite and Thy Power is limitless. It is we who refuse to open due to insufficient faith, it is we who aspire for little like beggars asking for small doles before the King of kings. Or we give up soon driven by impatience of our longings that come between You and us like bars of a prison.

Open us, O Mother Divine to Thy limitless Peace and Light. Open the prison of the ego, break us free from the bars of desire. Let our flight be Thy infinity and eternity.

Mother Divine, Mother of Beauty, Light and Love, fill all the spaces within us with Thy fragrance. May all be sanctified by Thy touch. May there be nothing hidden behind covers that we yet call and hold as our own. May all we are, all we have, all we do belong to Thee alone. Make us Thy empty whole and then fill this zero with Thyself, Thy Peace, Thy Ananda, Thy Beauty, Thy Force, Thy Love. And may these and all Thy countless gifts at each moment be only and only for Thee, for Thy Work and Thy Service.

Maa, may we be released completely, not only our soul but nature from the lower network of forces. May we be moved and driven completely and in all our entirety by Thy infinite Radiance and Force. Release us from all ignorance and darkness. Free us from ourselves, O, Mother Divine. Chase away all self-will and egoism and desire from each and every corner of our being.

Maa empty our mind of all the stereotypes of Ignorance and fill it with the Light of Truth. Maa empty our heart of all attachments and narrowness and fill it with Thy sweetness and universal Love that we can share with all. May empty our life of all desires and selfishness and fill it with Thy luminous Force and Delight. Maa empty our body cells of all habits and past impressions and fill it with Thy Beauty and Harmony and Peace. Maa may all the karmic impressions be dissolved and transmuted into links of Thy golden Light.

Mother Divine, may this world be freed from the clutch of the Asura who yet holds the world in its hard iron grip. May all that opposes the world’s forward march, the enemies within and without that threaten Thy beautiful earth be destroyed and vanquished forever. Leaving behind the past may we wake up to the beautiful future and summoning faith and courage, fuelled by the fire of aspiration, supported on wings of love and devotion, held by Thy infinite Grace take a leap towards the future.

Mother Divine, Maa,
How beautiful everything becomes when our thoughts turn to Thee and Thy Presence is felt in all things. It is as if a world long dead were raised up and came alive. All becomes meaningful and joyous and full of peace. It is as if all the struggles seem justified. All that the world can give pales completely before the marvel of Thy Presence. Without Thee all is dull and insipid, a thing without substance like an unreal dream or ghostlike images. With Thee all dances with joy and is full of beauty and light.

Maa may all discover Thy Presence. May all experience the felicity that comes from turning to Thee.

May we be constantly conscious of Thy wonderful Presence and all our thoughts and feelings and actions flow from Thee. May it be Thou who lives, wills, thinks and acts in us and through us and may we be simply what You would want us to be.

Mother Divine,
Thou art the essence as well as the very stuff of our lives for nothing can be without Thee. All power of thought and will and action draws its breath from Thee, yet men think as if it is their own. It is this great illusion of a separate personality cut off from Thee that is the source of all feelings of limitations and incapacity. Nothing is or can ever be cut off from Thee for that would mean an instantaneous dissolution. Yet this illusion of separateness is also part of Thy play preparing us in the womb of ignorance wherein the child knows not its mother and leads an unconscious, mechanical life until it grows up and is ready to take up the real journey and its unique challenges.

Each of our personality is a temporary construction by nature in each life to express something of Thee, of a particular mode of Thy infinity. It is the very purpose of distinct personalities. But our mind turns this distinction into division, the differentiation into separation as if a particular part of the body, distinct in its function could work independent of the whole body. Just as each of the million gods and goddesses are each a mode of Thy working, each an expression of Thy Power and without Thee none will be able to function so too each of us is meant to express something unique of Thy Glory and Presence. But if we believe this as something our own then the doors to all kinds of fall open.

Maa, take away completely this illusion of a separate personality. Let this last veil be torn so that we may live constantly in the truth that we are but a wave of Thy infinity. From Age to Age, life to life, we come from Thee, live by Thee and return back to Thee. While here, may it be Thou who lives and acts and speaks in us and through us. May we live constantly in the uninterrupted vision of this truth.

May our entire being go up in a flame of purification, fortified with faith and aspiration, sanctified with devotion and consecration, climbing on wings of love and knowledge that comes through faithful service and unconditional surrender and self-giving at Thy Feet, O Mother Divine. Let all contrary influences be washed away and only that which is sincere and true and open to Thee remain. May the fire of purification burn brighter and higher each day removing all the dross, purifying all mixture of desires and egoism. Make us once again stainless as we were before the fall yet completer and whole through the experiences of earthly life. Burn away all attachment that limits, ignorance that veils, desires that distract and distort, in the purifying flame. Let the coatings be removed and the pure ingot of gold, our true being shine radiant and bright with Thy Light and be offered at Thy Feet only for Thy Service.

Mother Divine, take away all that yet may seek the petty satisfactions of the ego, all ambition and vain self-satisfaction. Take away all paralyzing doubt and fear that prevents us from advancing towards the future…

Mother Divine, O embodied Purity and Love, may all in us be moulded of one substance, the substance of Thy Truth and Love.

Mother Divine, Maa may all our nature, our entire being go up in a flame offered to Thee, rising higher and higher until all is given to Thee without reserve or the slightest trace of resistance anywhere.

Maa may all our being open wide to Thee to receive the rains of Thy Grace descending from The very highest abode.

Maa may all we receive be turned to Thy Purposes, for Thy Work and Service and nothing else. Nothing be for our own, may all be for Thee.

And in this complete and perfect giving and this simultaneous complete and perfect receiving and a complete and perfect turning of all we receive for Thee and Thy Service lie the secret of everlasting peace and happiness, the key to transformation.

Our entire being lies surrendered at Thy Feet with deepest gratitude and humble devotion and love.

Mother Divine, Maa, With all its flaws and defects and limitations, there is something that is beautiful about humanity that keeps striving upwards, refusing to give up through its long struggle amidst dangers and perils. Especially this layer of humanity that seeks the meaning and purpose of life, shares the burden of the unknown future which yet it must shape through hard labour. Maa so it seems that Thou hast chosen humanity as the vehicle for the great disclosure and the grand fulfilment of Thy Divine Plan. Man carries within himself a priceless treasure, that once discovered can completely reshape his life. That treasure is his secret soul, the master – key to the golden future.

Maa, Let all this aeonic labour and struggle be not wasted. Let humanity wake up to its deepest self and highest possibility. May this blind and struggling human race open to Thy Light and see this world anew. May mankind shed the burden of the false I, the ego and the desire-self and discover the true soul.
