Dear D., I completely share your feelings. Sharing the images of the Mahaprayana of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother reflect a lack of inner sensitivity. Instead, the day should be spent in quiet remembrance and gratitude and renewing one’s aspiration to see Their Work fulfilled.
