The Mother’s New Year Music

Since 1930-s, at the beginning of each new year the Mother gave a special message and played organ music. In 1958, the Mother asked Sunil to orchestrate something based upon themes of hear earlier compositions, which became the New Year’s Music of 1959. In 1965, She entrusted him with both the composition and the orchestration of the New Year Music. Sunil composed the annual New Year music until his passing in 1998. Until 1973 his compositions included the Mother’s New Year Message, in French and English.
