What can we offer to the Lord on this special day, and what is the best way to celebrate it?

Offer ourselves in the quietude of the inmost heart where He dwells by inwardly dedicating ourselves to Him and His work.

Outwardly too, it is best to spend the day in quiet receptivity and read something like the Durga Stotra and Savitri with gratitude in the heart.
