On Zeitgeist of Our Times

While some of the Asiatic countries have been clouded by the rush of gold and the glitter and glamour of the superstructure, India and many other have searched for their soul and found it. The soul of India is continuing to emerge from the cave of the ascetic for the good of the world. In fact, the world itself is trying to discover its soul and is passing from false subjectivism to a truer one.

Europe and America on their path to self-discovery went on to mistake the vital ego and the self of desire for the true soul. Though they managed to build a massive (and impressive to many) superstructure of civilisation it has been built without regard to the foundations which only the spiritual basis can provide.

I would not prophesy or wish any doomsday even for the nations that have been misguided. There is much that is beautiful in their core if not on the surfaces that needs to be brought out and integrated with the new life that is beginning to assert itself more and more regardless of national boundaries and human resistances. Let us hope and pray that the souls of nations trapped in their armour of the ego are freed and each nation gives its own unique positive gift to the world.
