Faith is there in everybody since without it we cannot move a step forward. But it is invested in the little present formation and our limited capacities or else in reason or science etc.
By prayers, by the company of those who have faith, by reading of books endowed with the power of faith, the soul begins to wake up and faith is born. It is a gift of Grace that we begin to experience when the soul begins to wake up.
One can always pray to the Grace to grant faith to oneself or to another person.
