From the experience of those who went on the path before us, here are a few everyday practices that are helpful to integrate into our daily life:
1._Reading something from the writings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. It further helps to write down a passage or two from them.
2. Spend 10 to 15 minutes in the morning and evening, in a quietude, contemplating upon the Divine. Later the duration automatically tends to increase.
3. As the consciousness deepens or even from the very start, one practices inner concentration upon the Mother’s Presence in the heart (centre of the chest) or anywhere in the head or above the head with a will and aspiration to give oneself to Her and to open our being to Her.
4. Remember Her at the beginning of work, offering it to Her with a prayer to become Her instrument and channel. At the completion of the work express gratitude and offer it all to Her.
5. Call Her Name, very simply Maa Maa Maa Maa Maa as often as you can.
This will be good to start with.
