Stratification is the law of evolutionary process. Some move fast, some move slowly, some move along one line, others along another. It creates variety and diversity which is favourable to evolution itself. Nature loves it and God blesses it by keeping it under the fold of His unity. Hence there is no real division.
Nature favours those groups which understand this principle of unity in diversity best and eliminates those that become a threat to this principle, either by imposing uniformity and becoming intolerant of differences, or else those that eliminate all urge towards individuality (which is the basis of diversity). Now you can apply this and see who is likely to remain and what will get eliminated if it becomes rigid and turns differentiation into division.
Beyond mankind evolution itself will create several subspecies (one can already see it) but most of them will be unstable for now until more enduring intermediate species between Man and Superman appear.
