One has to come out completely from the provincial spirit and be wide beyond all the formulas of Religion and religionism, the prisons of the ego in which God has been shut and limited to rise into the New Creation. Very few are ready for it and these few are found everywhere.
Bengal had a great possibility, perhaps still has. Let us see if it can realise it to the fullest. But its excessive emotionality and the intellect taking joy in thought for the sake of thought stands in the way.
Odisha is the land of Bhakti and Service but has neglected the intellect which moves in a narrower circle. But the real difficulty is the strong provincial tendency and a largely religious approach rather than a spiritual one. Yet these are not serious difficulties, once the inner being has settled for the higher aim.
