To the absolute vision of the Divine there is nothing else but Himself. All persons are figures of Himself. In essence they all have a divine nature but it is covered over the surfaces with layers of ignorance and darkness. This ignorant nature is also universal and does not belong specifically to this or that person. The perception that this is my nature and that is his nature is itself a construct of ignorance and the ego which has been given to man to hasten his evolution. It is a pragmatic truth, a practical necessity and not a judgment upon his soul. It is from our side that we have to understand differences of nature. When we see thus, we see that humanity differentiates itself according to two main natures. One that gravitates downwards towards bodily pleasures, satisfactions of desires and a life lived for selfish interests centered around the expansion of the ego. This type if personality is not yet ready for the spiritual life and often it becomes harmful for the collective life of earth itself when its excesses and selfish interests go beyond a point. Such people can sometimes become instruments of a titanic destruction.
On the other hand, there is another type of nature turned upwards seeking for higher things, living in the light of an idealised mentality, having an awakened aspiration for Truth and Beauty and Good. This type of humanity is given to self-control, self-study, joy rather than pleasure, They too have an ego as indeed all human beings have unless they have gone beyond the human formula into the spiritual self-existence. But their ego is more luminous and sattwic, balanced and thoughtful of others too. These people live their life according to some higher ethics and values rather than blindly for the satisfaction of desires. They are getting ready for progress and can therefore become instruments of God in the world.
Of course, there is a still higher type of nature that is entering closer to its original divine nature ascending through higher and higher ranges of the spiritual consciousness or diving deeper and deeper drawing closer to the soul and the Divine Presence within. This type of nature is already on the way to become one with the divine nature whose truth it already carries within as a seed.
