Sweet and infinite Mother, Mother Divine, Maa, the whole story of creation is evidently giving form to the formless. But it is difficult since the formless is not what we conceive in our ignorance. Conditioned by the present forms we conceive only of a limited truth hidden behind creation. We erect forms of the formless, forms subtle and beautiful, forms of gods and goddesses but the true Mystery of both, the formless and the form can be discovered only in Thee.
Maa, it is Thee who art building the world of forms in a many-tiered creation to manifest Thy supreme mystery. But just as there are worlds of forms, there are also states of formless existence in a hierarchy of ascending planes of consciousness. Through Yoga we can have a taste and glimpse of these states and when we come to the world of forms and the states of consciousness that we experience here, then the gap and the gulf seems too big. But since the very purpose of creation is to express the Highest, we must become aware of and inwardly live in the highest states. But at the same time, the form itself must be moulded more and more to express and manifest the highest states in the form itself. It is not enough to know and live the Divine within. This must also be expressed and manifested, not only in all we think and do, but ultimately, eventually in the very body, the most material form itself. Otherwise, the division will always remain between the world and God, inner and outer, subjective states and the objective outer reality.
Maa, this is the daunting program, the ultimate challenge Thou hast placed before us, not only to find the Divine within, not only to live Him in our everyday life but also to turn the body itself into a perfect expression of Thee. And since Thou hast willed it and since Thou hast achieved it in principle, so will it be in the evolving process of Time. We can perhaps hasten or delay the advent of this Divine Body being built behind our present physical frame, but cannot stop this new Divine Project anymore. May all in us be henceforth completely directed towards this supreme fulfilment for which all creation awaits.
