Mother Divine, Maa, perhaps human life was somewhat beautiful, despite the dangers from the animal world and the elements, when it was closer to Nature. Man lived with a spontaneity and a natural grace. However once man entered the mental curve things have only gone from bad to worse. The dangers have only multiplied and taken new forms. The outer achievements have given the illusion of superiority and bred arrogance. The formed mental ego has cut us off from Nature, from the life around, from others and from God. Everyone who doesn’t act according to one’s ideas, opinions and wishes is seen as a rival and a competitor. Much of mankind has created for itself a hell of mental suffering, a hell of hate and quarrels and anger and jealousy and pain inflicted upon other, the spirit of renunciation and sacrifice is lost, gratitude is rare and true brotherhood is rare to be seen. The spirit of service has been taken away due to increasing comforts and the machines.
Yet there is hope, there always is hope. There are, there always have been those who have kept a vigil in the night by lighting up the fire of aspiration, by encouraging man to move towards the future which is bound to be beautiful because Thou art very much at the core of everything, those who work to heal the pain and suffering, those who are like heralds of the Dawn. Maa all these are Thy little lamps on the way during the passage through the Night towards the greater Light that is slowly spreading its limbs scattering the darkness.
Maa, may this kind increase, this humanity that Thou hast chosen for the great transition from the animal humanity of today to the Divine Humanity of tomorrow. Maa may this kind increase, those who aspire and are full of hope because they have faith in Thee, are open to Thee. Shedding the dark attire of ignorance may mankind rise into the glories of the Spirit and wear the luminous robe being made ready for its next step of the great journey.
