Sweet and infinite Mother, Mother Divine, Maa, it is true that the world does not want Thee, it does not want the Divine. It refuses its own good, rejects what will truly save it. The resistance is still too strong. Though one sees an increasing number of people belonging to the younger generation growing in seeking for Light and Truth and Beauty and Good. Yet the large mass is happy in its ignorance.
Maa, may those asleep in their ignorance wake up to the Light. May the flaming dawns of knowledge flood the earth compelling men’s heart to turn towards Truth and Beauty and Light. May the hearts that suffer, tormented by various attachments find release in Thy Love. May the misery and depravity of life, the poverty, not due to want of money but the poverty of thoughts and feelings, the poverty of Godward aspiration and higher seeking, the poverty of taste and refinement, the poverty of intellect and wisdom be healed.
Maa, may humanity grow up from the flat earthly state tied to the animal wants and the toys to keep us engaged, and turn towards the skies of vastness and peace, the sun of Truth, the moon of delight, the stars of the unknown mysteries that move and govern and invite.
