Mother Divine, Maa, Thou art always with us. We do not know or recognise Thee due to our unconsciousness and preoccupation with things that are of little or no importance. When we wake up from the slumber of ignorance then we see how Your Presence and Your Smile sustained us through everything. It is the smile of an indulgent Mother who does not judge or condemn us, rather watches over us as we dream and savour the sweet-bitter wine of life mistaking it for nectar of the gods. Until we wake up one day and come out of a life that is a death and wake up to Thy luminous smile that reassures and reminds us of the real work we are here to do. Then death ceases to exist and life alone is, life eternal, life immortal with Thee as our constant companion and Thy service as our only work.
Maa, how foolish to seek anything elsewhere than in Thee who art the Source and goal of all. All is found in Thee in its true purity and power as part of a perfect whole.
O Mother, O Supreme Liberator, Maa, may all wake up from the world of illusory realities that are so diminished and distorted an expression of all that truly is and should be.
