Mother Divine, Maa, there is a suffering, especially the bodily suffering due to the process of degeneration, disease and death attached to earthly life. It is possible to minimise it through cultivation of right habits but much more so by an awakening and opening of the body consciousness to Thy Light, Thy Peace, Thy Force. Physical culture, rightly practiced, helps the awakening of the body consciousness. But for opening it to Thee what helps most is faith and aspiration in the body, Japa of Thy Name and engaging the body in Thy Service. Yet since the body is not an isolated entity but a container influenced by vital forces and the thoughts within and of people near us. It keeps absorbing the poison that pervades in the world, the poison of anger, hate, jealousy, lust, fear, anxieties and all kinds of desires that float in the general atmosphere of humanity. It is perhaps for this reason that there is a tendency to withdraw from the human atmosphere, at least from time to time, into some kind of isolation by those whose consciousness expands and ascends beyond their personal bodily limits. Their mind and body become sensitive instruments which take in all that is around though in return these beings give something of the Peace and Light and Love they have gathered within them. Thus, the consciousness of the world and humanity grows clearer and happier through their sacrifice. It is this silent occult action of the luminous ones that helps mankind best even if they do nothing outwardly.
Maa, but now you have brought down this new Force, the original Divine Force that worked hidden from behind or through some rarest exceptional individuals. Now this Divine Force is active in the world openly and is working no more behind the veils or through rare individuals. It is now everywhere and whoever is open even a little has the possibility of ascending beyond the human towards the divine possibilities. All that is needed is faith and aspiration in this new divine possibility or simply just a little selflessness that does not calculate or bargain but gives itself simply and joyously to the Divine Work.
Oh, the joy and wonder of the New Creation that is here working itself out through man.
