Mother Divine, Maa, be with us at each moment and in all we do.
Maa, may our hearts be full of hope and gratitude as we wake up. May our washing and bathing and dressing be done for Thee, so that cleansed in our body and mind we are ready for Thy Service.
Maa, may the food we eat nourish our body and soul. It is Thy gift to us and may each morsel be touched by Thee and become a Prasad. May it provide our body with all that is needed for building health and strength in the body.
Maa, may all we think and speak and do flow from Thee. May our speech and our actions help Thy Work and express flawlessly Thy Peace and Light and Beauty and Joy and Force.
Maa, may we see Thee and love Thee in all creatures. May we bring beauty, harmony, peace and joy and hope wherever we may go and whomsoever we may meet.
May our rest and sleep be in Thy lap of Silence and Peace and Bliss rejuvenating us for Thy Service.
Maa, be with us at each moment, always and everywhere.
