Mother Divine, Maa, how life changes by Thy touch is indeed a marvel. Life becomes a perpetual miracle, an alchemy of Thy Love and all one can do is simply to wonder and wonder endlessly. Of all the miracles that one witnesses, this, this is the greatest of all, the change within which is the most difficult of all. Men call as a miracle when something that they wished for ardently or needed or wanted is suddenly given to them, or when they are saved unexpectedly from what could have been a sure disaster. No doubt these too one witnesses in plenty almost constantly. But the greatest of all miracles is the slow or sudden shifts that take place within, imperceptible to the sight that scans only the outer surfaces, but real and concrete to the eye that sees within. The growth of knowledge, the opening of doors to Love, the blossoming of devotion where once was doubt and revolt, the leaping of the lightnings of intuition and inspiration where once was the darkness of ignorance, the invasion of beauty and joy in a life that seemed hopelessly meaningless, the guiding light of a high and wonderful aim and the birth and growth of aspiration where once was only the restless chase of desires, the emergence of the soul and with it the turning of life towards Truth and Light and Beauty and Love, the recognition of Thy Grace and endless gratitude and the urge to serve Thee where once were lifeless rituals, above all the awakening to Thy wonderful Presence, Thy nearness and the birth of new things that were nowhere in sight. There are no limits to the wonders that one can experience once the heart opens to Thee with surrender and faith. And this too is Thy Grace.
O Mother, my heart simply wonders and wonders as one witnesses these marvels of Thy Grace and the alchemy of Thy Love.
Maa, give this joy to all. Turning away from all cynicism and pessimism may men turn towards Thee and open the doors of constant wonder and miracle that awaits their discovery.
