Mother Divine, Maa, in these times of transition, plenty of youth suffer from a lack of meaning and purpose of life. They have set and standard goals for their bodily life, – money, career, family and all that provides security for their outer life. They also have, – at least some of them, an intellectual interest in world affairs or in knowing things but this interest is generally superficial, full of information but hardly deep enough for knowledge. It is only few, very few who seek something more, something higher and deeper, something truer and vaster, nobler and beautiful, something that can at least make this world a slightly better place, something that carries the fragrance of the Divine if not the Divine Himself. They are too content to be the common lot, too happy to be like others.
Maa, perhaps our impatient heart longs to see an accelerated pace. Give us more patience Maa. Patience, patience, patience that knows how to wait for things to unfold, patience which is the reflex of complete trust and surrender.
Maa, increase the number of souls that seek for something higher who strive towards the Divine Perfection here upon earth. May those who are lost wandering aimlessly find their way and the goal. May these children who are the hopes of the future open to the new possibility that You have brought to earth.
