Mother Divine, Maa, how many times has the Divine come Himself to amend the consequences of our wrong turns and rectify the error of our thought and attitude. And then during these gaps between His coming He has sent so many saints, sages, Vibhutis to do His Work and continue to guide and help mankind. But men, the majority, somehow reject the help and continue their life as usual. Then pain and suffering and shocks come to shake us and finally the goad of death. But somehow man seems to be rather impervious. What prevents him from choosing the path of inner ascension to a higher state? Doubt, fear, laziness, desire for happy, comfortable life rather than inner progress? What stops man from making a decisive choice? And when the choice is made what is it that retards the will from automatically following in the wake of the choice. Thou alone knowest, Thou alone knowest. And it is Thou alone who can lift the siege of the network of forces that cloud the vision, paralyse the will and prevent mankind from advancing straight towards the goal.
Maa, may the invisible siege be lifted up from man’s soul. Maa, may the heavy load of the past be taken away. Maa, may we walk freely with swift and sure steps upon the sunlit path towards the goal.
