Mother Divine, Maa, what a formidable task that You and Sri Aurobindo have undertaken. It is a most thankless task, truly a labour of Love that none understands, let alone see or be of any help. If anything, we obstruct and resist through our ignorance. Yet is this Work going to be of the maximum far reaching definitive consequence than any so far undertaken by saints and seers, gods or men, even by the Avatars. Maa, we are only mute spectators of this new unfolding against the dumb resistance of material Nature, the blind denial of the world and the unthinking refusal of man. Yet we pray to Thee to make us not only passive spectators but Thy true servitors, active collaborators in Thy Work.
Maa, we lay ourselves at Thy Feet in in a total surrender and the completest possible gratitude. This humble instrument is placed at Thy Feet for whatever use Thou mayst decide and know to be the best. Take us completely, entirely in whatever constitutes our totality and use it for Thy Purposes, O Mother Divine, and keep us with Thee forever. We belong to Thee for all eternity.
