Mother Divine, Maa, give us the peace of perfect disinterestedness, the peace that comes from a total surrender to Thee, the peace that is the natural consequence of an unwavering faith, the peace that flows from Thee as we open more and more to Thy Grace.
Maa, there is nowhere that one can find this peace and joy and strength as we find by simply turning to Thy Grace. Even the most beautiful and secluded spot all rich with luxury and comfort, even a complete absence of outer difficulties and problems cannot give even a drop of the Golden Peace that flows from Thee. Even the best one can get through these outer conditions is a caricature, a poor imitation of the peace, the joy, the security and comfort that one finds at Thy Feet. Yet men, in their pretentious arrogance call this seeking and finding refuge in Thee as an escape while all their life they search for this very peace and security and joy through means that lead us to dead ends. But the peace and joy that flow from Thee are like an ever deepening, ever widening, unending stream that grows with passing years more and ever more.
Maa, may all open to this Peace that is right there with them, within them, the peace that no outer situation and condition can provide, the Peace that flows from Thy infinite Grace.
