Sweet and infinite Mother, Mother Divine, Maa, may all anguish be appeased, the anguish that arises due to the torment of desire but which can be appeased only by discovering Thee. Desire is a movement of ignorance and by its very nature it never gets fulfilled by getting its object. It believes that its hunger can be satisfied by this or that object. But it is supported by the abyss within us and the more we try to satisfy it, the more the abyss opens. Even if everything in the world or all the worlds were given, the desire-self will consume it like a black hole and yet ask for more. Not understanding the nature of desire, men think the cause of their unhappiness is because they did not get what they want. But the truth is that no amount of getting and having will make them happier. Not knowing this makes humanity needlessly suffer so much. Whereas the solution is quite simple, it is right there, near us, within us, around us. It is to simply breath Thy infinity, to open to Thy Love, to live in Thy eternity and then all becomes calm and happy and beautiful.
Maa, may all realise this true happiness that comes by turning towards Thee, living for Thee, in Thee.
May all find the true abiding Peace and Joy in Thee.
