Sweet and infinite Mother, Mother Divine, Maa, make us great, make our efforts great, not greatness as man understands it, but a greatness in terms of inner qualities, the divine qualities worthy of man. May we not strive for the ignoble, the small but always strive to conquer our lower nature and scale the inner heights.
Maa, in this great battle of life where good and evil are locked in a fierce conflict, make us Thy hero warriors to fight for Thy Divine Purposes, for Thy Divine Consummation, for Thy Divine fulfilment in humanity. Make us, O Mother, Thy instruments, the perfect instruments of Thy Will, free from all egoism and vanity, free from all fear. Give us, O Mother, more courage, more faith, more sincerity. Root out from us all I-ness and My-ness, all pride and selfishness, all egoism and greed.
Mother Divine, may all in us be ready for Thy Service, at every moment, in whatever way Thou wouldst want us to serve Thee here and in all the worlds, in this life and all others.
