Sri Aurobindo is the Yogi of the Supermind. His gospel is the gospel of the Supermind. All his works shine with the light of the Supermind. He has brought out the secret sun of the Supermind embedded in the Vedas. He has given us a glimpse of the Supermind hidden in the Gita. He has charted for us the territories of the Supermind in The Life Divine, given us the routes and the road map of the supramental journey in The Synthesis of Yoga. Most of all he has placed in our hands the Song of the Supermind in the form of Savitri to help us pilgrim souls whom he has called for the journey to the Supramental World and be one among many labourers in the new Supramental Creation. Savitri is indeed his supreme gift to us as humanity navigates the journey from the Mind and its constructed worlds of ignorance to the Supermind which is constructing a world of Light and Truth for the earth and humanity to dwell in.
