Death is the greatest of all illusions that nature has created to bind man to his ignorance. Because of the fear of dying men are pushed towards progress. Because of Death men try to exceed themselves, to live not just for their own sake but for their family, clan, nation and humanity. Because of Death men seek the Eternal and the Immortal within himself. Because of Death men bring out the best creative impulse from within them whose work can survive beyond the falling of the body. Yet is it an illusion, a device of nature, like everything else to serve its evolutionary purpose. When men will evolve consciously then death will cease to be.
