I am not sure whether such parallels can be drawn especially when the two ideas move in different realms. Jung, to my understanding, was a psychologist who tried to translate into intellectual terms certain ideas that he picked up from his study of mythology and mysticism fusing it with the traditional psychoanalytical model of Freud with whom he started and later split due to the incompleteness. It was indeed a big transition in the world of Freud admitting thereby the Superconscient through the rear door of Collective Unconscious. However as often happens the later generation of philosophers and western oriented psychologists read more in it than was intended.
The Supermind of the Vedic Rishis is the glimpse of the Supreme Reality in Its Creative aspect, we may say of the Creator Himself through the veil of the higher mental planes to which, i am afraid, Jung had no access nor he even wished to explore. He was quite satisfied with the application of certain ideas to understand (and correct if possible) psychological processes within man. I am not sure how is the Supermind and Noosphere and the Supramental Manifestation connected with that except by stretching the mind and an exercise in the intellect.
