Personal space and time are needed for growth and one needs to take it out. There is no how to it. One has to fix a time for reading, for contemplation, for music or simply for being by oneself. If you do the things you aught to do then others begin to respect and understand it. But if you don’t and let yourself be at the whims and fancies of others then they will take you more and more for granted. The line has to be drawn by you. One cannot expect others to do it.
