As far as I have understood and as per Her own statements, the Divine Mother always looked upwards towards beauty and light. She always saw the beautiful side and encouraged it to grow. This is what She recommended for us as well. Also, we must not forget that the Divine way of seeing people is not in terms of difficult or easy people. She saw the soul within which is always beautiful in everyone. It is just that it can be totally lost and identified with the ignorance of earth nature and conditioned by it thereby sanctioning her lower play. Or it could be in different degrees of self-awakening. Or else it could have already awakened and made a decisive choice about the path it would take along the lines of its true self-nature. Besides the Divine deals with different people in different ways based on their past evolution, taking into account the karmic energies released by them in the course of their evolutionary journey, their present constitution, – its possibilities and challenges imposed but above all, the blue print of their future imprinted upon their souls. All this is not accessible to us as long as we have not grown into divine nature, and hence we do not understand the Divine Play. However, until then what we can do is to ignore the side of people which we do not like.
We do not know the inner truths and often attribute motives which may not be there at all. We see certain surface events and rush to judge but the truth is that until we know the soul of a person, we will never be able to understand his or her nature. the key is hidden there. But how are we to know the soul until we have discovered our own. So, the wise have always advised to keep or focus on finding our soul within and not preoccupy ourselves with what is happening in others. Even if our judgments were correct still everyone, especially human beings with a certain degree of development have different, often many sides to their nature. We take note only of one side that comes in contact with us. But there may be quite another side, sometimes even opposite that comes out in dealings with other people. It takes long to develop some kind of mastery on one’s nature. Knowing this the wise have also advised to have a sunny tolerance towards others, including their real or unreal defects. Humanity generally deserves to be dealt with compassion and generosity rather than condemnation or disdain. Surely there are exceptions, and there are also sections of humanity that are hardly human even though that is what they look like in appearance but I do believe that most human beings are at least consciously not bad. They are rather limited, stuck within the groves in which nature has set them, stuck in the patterns of ignorance. But it only means that they are victims and prisoners of nature. They need to be freed if they are ready and willing but not be disdained.
Our focus should not be people but the goal we have chosen. If we find people blocking the path we can surely bypass them or ignore them. It is only if someone puts up a strong opposition to the road that we must travel according to our own deeper truth that confrontation or even a firm dealing may be needed. But in general the subtle truth of our life is that all obstacles and difficulties and challenges lie within us even as we have a number of possibilities asleep in a seed state. Outer circumstances are merely clumsy translation of something within us and the key to change also lies there. Intents are another matter. While it is good to understand that everyone does not act with the same intent as ours it is equally important not to try getting into people’s head and figure out their intent. Chances are high that we shall only end up projecting our own intents into their minds and end up judging them wrongly. Leave it to their destiny since according top our inner intent (rather than mere outer actions) the scroll of destiny opens for us. Why then should we play the judge when there is something known as a cosmic order to take care of these things. Even if there was none yet it is best to be focused upon one’s goal and go straight towards it as an arrow shot at its target.
