Effort is part of our script of destiny. If one does not see it in some lives it simply means that the effort is inner and unseen to outer eyes. Or else this life is given to them to enjoy the fruits of previous efforts. But sooner or later the fruits will be exhausted and one has to take once again the pilgrim staff and take the steep ascent again.
