Education is empowerment. It empowers us through knowledge, through the development of latent capacities, and through the awakening and shaping of the inner man in us. Above all it sets us free in the deepest sense of the word. Instead of trapping and imprisoning us in systems, books and heaps of information, it releases within us the ability to discern, the power to make choices, the possibility of arriving at Wisdom through all that we sense, observe, understand.
Education is evolution. It is using the past as a springboard towards the future. It is bringing out our deepest and highest potential now hidden behind our outer life. It is a growth out of what we presently are into that which we yet can become.
