What else is bhakti but the Divine Love turning back towards its supreme Source. It is the Divine who loves us first and when we awaken to this Love it turns towards Him to discover and fuse with Him.

Bhakti without the urge to serve the Divine is like love that is satisfied with itself without care or concern for the one whom it loves. Love completes and perfects itself through acts of service.
