Book Six: The Book of Fate

The human soul’s ascension is a battle against cosmic powers that oppose the original Divine Plan.

We see here a description of the inner life of the messengers of God.

Even when God’s messengers come to earth they too go through the suffering and pain.

The law of pain applies with an even greater force to the great and shining ones who are moved by the impulse to help and save humanity out of its ignorant state.

Pain is often an effort of Nature to create something new against a resistance.

The law of pain exists upon earth as a fact. Deep inside it is a law of progress and evolution. It is temporary and is meant to be replaced by joy when man learns to evolve consciously.

Narad reveals to the queen the origin and mystery of pain. We see therefore that the possibility of pain is already inbuilt in matter as a means to help it grow and evolve through the struggle and the challenges.

Narad starts his reply using his speech as a channel and instrument to convey profound truths to mortal men.

The queen having described the earthly as it seems in appearance, now puts forth her questions to Narad to seek answers.

Man hangs between two worlds, one that calls him upwards and another ties him and pulls him down.

Now the queen describes the fate of mind and life upon earth to bring home her point with a greater force.

The queen observes one by one the problems of earthly life starting with our material existence.

The queen raises her questions to Narad the heavenly sage.

The queen felt distressed by the decree of fate augmented by Savitri’s choice.

Narad has released the word of Fate. Savitri has made her choice.
