Above the Witness and his universe He stood in a realm of boundless silences Awaiting the Voice that spoke and built the worlds.

A glorious multiple of one radiant Self, Answering to joy with joy, to love with love, All there were moving mansions of God-bliss; Eternal and unique they lived the One.

Above him he saw the flaming Hierarchies, The wings that fold around created Space, The sun-eyed Guardians and the golden Sphinx And the tiered planes and the immutable Lords.

In the kingdom of the Spirit's power and light, As if one who arrived out of infinity's womb He came new-born, infant and limitless And grew in the wisdom of the timeless Child; He was a vast that soon became a Sun.

Aswapati, the King-sage, has broken through the boundaries of mortal consciousness and entered into other Time-Space domains, higher and vaster than our own. He has freed himself from the fundamental ignorance that holds us captive to the dualities of pleasure and pain, sorrow and happiness.

The Divine Being, the Supreme Purusha of the Vedas is without form or attributes. Even the most beautiful form, the form of the gods, harmonious and sweet is merely a shadow and a reflection of Him who cannot be captured into any Form or defined by any Name.

Aswapati ... stands on the borders of the Unknowable. He is face to face with the Supreme Reality, Formless, Featureless, Absolute, Alone, One without a second, Infinite, Eternal. He can, if such be the last will of his being dissolve in the infinity and be done with life and birth and death.

We have in Savitri the revelation of the Divine Mother in Her threefold status as the Individual, Universal and the Transcendent Mother.

The two-way Golden bridge is discovered and Aswapati now feels the Bliss and the rapture of Her contact. His being is filled with a Light and Power no words can speak. He becomes the center of Her luminous Force.

Night vanished and her secret purpose discovered in Her embrace. ... She wore the world as Her outermost robe even as Her Heart of Love annulled all suffering and error and pain.

A hymn of adoration bursts forth in Aswapati’s heart as he beholds the vision wonderful. Yes, it is She for whom he had yearned and sought after. She is the golden bridge, the transmuting Love, the Original Light and Power of whom all else is a shadow or a reflection.

The Seer-King Aswapati has discovered the great Secret or the secret of secrets, so to say. Beyond all that he has known and realized thus far he has now glimpsed the supreme Glory that alone can change the course of things here.

Aswapati, the forerunner of the future, is face to face with the Divine Mother. Her Darshan fills his being with infinite Bliss and a hymn of adoration spontaneously bursts forth from his soul. He is in front of the giver of all boons, the transmuting alchemist Energy that alone can change all future Time.

Aswapati has performed the final act of Sacrifice, the last offering into the Fire of aspiration that has carried him thus far. He has offered the refugee instincts chasing them from the dark subconscient domains. He has plucked the very roots of desire and offered his life at the altar of the Divine Mother.
